Alpha ZA Filamu (Alpha Film Series) is a series of interactive sessions that explore the basics of the Christian faith. The same loved Alpha Film Series content now in Swahili with new street interviews in a new interactive format with discussion breaks throughout each episode. Create a space where communities, friends, neighbours and co-workers can have conversations in a way that is honest and relaxed. Where leaders don’t need to have all the answers. And anyone can ask questions and share.

The Alpha Film Series is emotive, engaging and epic in scale and scope. Nicky Gumbel and two presenters, Toby Flint and Gemma Hunt, walk through the basics of the Christian faith in a way that everyone can relate to. The episodes feature inspiring stories and interviews with world-famous leaders from all around the world, as well as visual illustrations and motion graphics.

Toby previously lead Alpha at Holy Trinity Brompton and Gemma is a BAFTA award-winning TV presenter. Together with Nicky Gumbel, the pioneer of Alpha, they take the audience on an epic journey exploring the Christian faith.

Toby previously lead Alpha at Holy Trinity Brompton and is currently the pastor of St. Nicholas in Bristol.
Gemma Hunt
Gemma is a BAFTA award-winning TV presenter, children’s entertainer, voice-over artist, and longtime Alpha fan.
Nicky Gumbel
Nicky is the pioneer of Alpha, pastor of Holy Trinity Brompton, author of many books including Questions of Life and Searching Issues, and the author of the free Bible reading app Bible in One Year.
